We are extremely passionate about our ‘Full Management’ service, however, we appreciate that some landlords would prefer to take a more hands on approach to managing their rental property. We therefore also offer a ’Let Only’ service. There are no upfront costs for either package and we operate on a ‘no tenant, no fee’ basis.

Our Regional Managers are experienced, qualified property professionals who will be able to advise you on all aspects of residential property. They will be in touch regularly and will always be on hand to discuss any concerns you have along the way.

Professional Photography & Particulars

Once Vision are instructed, your professional photography will be booked and the property will be uploaded to Rightmove - the king of the portals! We’re very particular about our particulars, as industry research shows just how essential the images and particulars are in order to capture buyers’ attention in this age of digital marketing and social media where you can click through dozens of properties in a matter of seconds. We know you’ll be impressed!

Fully Managed Viewings

Accompanied viewings and expert negotiation, ensuring you get the best deal for you. Our Negotiators will be in touch to provide regular feedback on viewings and to discuss any other marketing strategies they believe will assist in getting you the best possible price for your property.

Credit & Reference Checks

Prospective tenants are vetted through Vouch – a specialist software company that ensures applications are processed quickly, efficiently and thoroughly. Vouch’s checks include full credit report, as well as previous landlord and employer’s reference.

Check In

Tenancy documents are produced and signed by the tenants at the check in. Our inventory reports are compiled by an ARLA accredited, third party specialist and we use the Residential Landlord Association tenancy agreement, which ensures our contracts are up to date with all current legislation.

Dedicated Property Manager*

You and your tenant will then be assigned a dedicated Property Manager. Our Property Managers are all fully qualified members of the Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA). They will be your primary point of contact during the tenancy, dealing with any maintenance issues that may arise. We have invested in Fixflo, a leading maintenance reporting software. Tenants can access the system from any device, 24 hours a day and it enables them to report issues quickly and easily in over 40 languages. You will receive monthly rental statements to ensure you have a record of all income/expenditure – these also prove very useful when doing your (dreaded) annual tax return!
